Terms of Use for the FMT Website

Effective date: 15.12.2023 Introduction 

1.1 We are Find My Limited T/a Findmy-Tutor.com. Our company information is at the end of this document. 

2. Some definitions 

2.1 Here are some definitions which are used in this document (all capitalised): 

a) “Website” – any website related to Findmy-Tutor.com. 

b) “Pupil” – an individual receiving therapy. 

c) “Content” – all information of whatever kind (including video (live or otherwise), audio, images, posts, comments, chat, advertisements, reviews etc.), uploaded to Find My Limited (including messages sent via Find My Limited). 

d) “Tutor” – a person acting in the capacity of supplying Tutor Services to Customers. 

e) “Tutor Contract” – a contract for the supply of Tutor Services. 

f) “Tutor Services” – consultations, events and other services supplied via Find My Limited whether by recorded or live video / audio or otherwise. 

g) “Customer” – a User acting in the capacity of recipient or potential recipient of Tutor Services. 

h)  “Find My Limited t/a Findymy-Tutor.com or Find My Tutor” – our website, any subsequent App and any related services. 

i) “Store” – the app distributor from which you download the App (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play App Store). 

j) “Store Rules” – any applicable rules, policies or terms of the relevant Store. 

k) “User” – persons or organisations using Findmy-Tutor.com (whether or not registered with us). 

3. What this is all about – introduction to our terms and conditions 

3.1 These are our terms and conditions which apply to Findmy-Tutor.com. We’ve tried to make them user-friendly. Please read them carefully. They’re available in English only. 

3.2 For App users: These terms and conditions are an “end user licence agreement” between you and us (not the Store) in relation to our App (i.e. setting out how we allow you to use our App). You also agree to be legally bound by the Store Rules. 

3.3 If you are acting for a collective, you undertake to us that: 

a) All members of the collective have authorised you to act for them; 

b) They have all agreed to comply with these terms and conditions insofar as relevant and you acknowledge that “you”, “your” etc applies to all members of the collective; and 

c)  You are personally liable to us for their compliance. 

4. Changing our terms and conditions 

4.1 We may change these terms and conditions by giving notice by email, SMS and/or in-app message and/or by posting the new version on our website. You shall be bound by the revised agreement if you continue to use Findmy-Tutor.com following the effective date shown. 

5. Forming a contract with us 

5.1 By registering on Findmy-Tutor.com or downloading our App, you enter a legal contract with us. 

6. Pupil right to cancel (“cooling off”) 

6.1 If you are a Pupil living in the UK or “European Economic Area”, you have the right to cancel this contract (i.e. your contract with us for supply of Findmy-Tutor.com services) subject to the provisions set out below. 

6.2 However, you lose the right to cancel where the supply of our digital content (i.e., our App) began before the end of cancellation period with your specific agreement and you acknowledged that your right to cancel would be lost in such case. 

6.3 If you do have the right to cancel, please see the instructions at the end of this document. 

7. Your right to use Findmy-Tutor.com t/a Findmy-Tutor.com 

7.1 We grant you a limited personal non-transferable right to use findmy-tutor.com on any applicable device owned or controlled by you subject to these terms and conditions and, where applicable, in accordance with the Store Rules. 

8. Who can use Findmy-Tutor.com? 

8.1 We reserve the right in our discretion for any reason to reject any application to join our site as a User or to become a Tutor, even if a contract has already been formed. If so, we will refund in full any payment made by the applicant. 

8.2 You undertake not to use, or attempt to register on, Findmy-Tutor.com if: 

a) you are below 18 years of age; 

b) Display of or access to any aspect of this Service is illegal under the laws (if applicable) of the country from which you are accessing Findmy-Tutor.com (e.g. because the country doesn’t permit such a Service or display of or access to such material at all or because you are under the relevant age limit); or 

c) You have been convicted of any offence, or subject to any court order, relating to assault, violence, sexual misconduct, harassment or dishonesty. 

9. Acceptable use of Findmy-Tutor.com 

9.1 You undertake not to do any of the following in connection with Findmy-Tutor.com: 

a) Breach any applicable law, regulation or code of conduct; 

b) Upload any Content (including links or references to other content), or otherwise behave in a manner, which: 

  • is defamatory, threatening, harassing, invasive of privacy, offensive, vulgar, 
  • racist, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually suggestive, 
  • promoting of self-harm, misleading, abusive or deceptive; 
  • infringes any intellectual property or other rights of others; 
  • involves phishing or scamming or similar; or 
  • we otherwise reasonably consider to be inappropriate; 

c) Upload any Content which includes someone else’s personal information unless that person is 18 years or over and you have obtained that person’s explicit written consent; 

d) Impersonate any person or entity in order to mislead others; 

e) Upload any Content which links to any third party websites which are unlawful or contain inappropriate Content; 

f) Sell access to Findmy-Tutor.com; 

g) Use Findmy-Tutor.com to provide a similar service to third parties or otherwise with a view to competing with us; 

h) Sell advertising, sponsorship or promotions on or in connection with Content except insofar as specified on Findmy-Tutor.com or explicitly authorised by us; 

i) Use Findmy-Tutor.com for junk mail, spam, pyramid or similar or fraudulent schemes; 

j) Do anything which may have the effect of disrupting Findmy-Tutor.com including denial of service attacks, worms, viruses, software bombs or mass mailings 

k) Do anything which may negatively affect other Users’ enjoyment of Findmy-Tutor.com; 

l) Gain unauthorised access to any part of Findmy-Tutor.com. 

m) Use any automated means to interact with our systems excluding public search engines; or 

n) Attempt, encourage or assist any of the above 

9.2 You undertake to: – 

a) Comply with any rules or requirements on Findmy-Tutor; 

b) Promptly comply with any reasonable request or instruction by us in connection with Findmy-Tutor.com; and 

c)  Ensure that any contact or other information which you supply to us is accurate and not misleading and you will update it so that it remains so. 

10. Tutor Services 

General 

10.1 Findmy-Tutor.com constitutes a neutral platform whereby Tutors can arrange to supply services to pupils. We do not supply those services. Any Tutor Contract is between the respective Tutor and Pupil and the terms are for the parties to determine providing that they are consistent with this agreement. We are not a party to the Tutor Contract itself. 

You acknowledge that any legal recourse arising from breach of the Tutor Contract is against the other party to the Tutor Contract and not against us. 

Customers’ legal right to cancel the Tutor Contract (“cooling off”) 

10.2 If you are a Pupil living in the United Kingdom or “European Economic Area”, you have the right to cancel the Tutor Contract subject to the provisions set out below. 

10.3 However, you lose the right to cancel the Tutor Contract where the supply of the Tutor’s digital content began before the end of cancellation period with your specific agreement and you acknowledged that your right to cancel would be lost in such case. You also lose the right to cancel contracts for the supply of Tutor Services which have been fully performed, i.e. completed. 

10.4 If you do have the right to cancel, please see the instructions at the end of this document. 

Cancellation policy 

10.5 Any cancellation by a Pupil or a Tutor is subject to the cancellation policy on Findmy-Tutor.com. 

Disputes 

10.6 Customers must raise any disputes relating to Tutor Services (for example relating quality or technical issues) within any period stated on Findmy-Tutor.com and by the means specified. This does not affect any Pupil minimum legal rights. 

10.7 We are entitled, but not obliged, to adjudicate on any dispute between a Tutor and Pupil. If we decide to do so, our decision is final. 

11. Your undertakings and confirmations to us 

11.1 Tutors undertake to us that in connection with supply of Tutor Services to Customers: 

a) They have and will maintain the necessary abilities (including licenses, permissions, qualifications, skills, training and expertise); 

b) They will act in accordance with the highest applicable professional or industry standards; and 

c) They will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and will not infringe any third party rights. 

11.2 Tutors acknowledge that we do not guarantee that use of Findmy-Tutor.com of itself will necessarily enable compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and it is the responsibility of Tutors to satisfy themselves thereof. 

11.3 Tutors undertake to us that they will immediately inform us in writing of any relevant change to their circumstances, for example any changes to their licence to practice or professional insurance cover. 

11.4 Users undertake to us that they will deal with other Users in a polite and courteous manner. 

11.5 Users undertake to us that they will only use any personal information of other Users strictly in accordance with applicable confidentiality and data protection laws and regulations. 

11.6 Tutors acknowledge that we do not guarantee that use of Findmy-Tutor.com will automatically comply with any applicable laws and regulations or that it will generate any particular level of revenues or suitable enquiries. 

12. Payment 

Crediting your Find My Limited Account 

12.1 We are entitled to suspend your account if has been inactive for at least 12 months (or any alternative period specified on Findmy-Tutor.com). If you have not re-activated your account within the further suspension period specified on Findmy-Tutor.com, we are entitled to deal with your account as explained in our dormant accounts policy or equivalent policy. 

12.2 Loading your account is subject to our loading or other fee for using Find My Limited, which must be paid in addition to the amount you wish to credit. 

Payment by Customers to us (i.e. to us acting on behalf of Tutors 

12.3 Customers must pay to us (on behalf of the Tutor) the relevant fee as shown on Findmy-Tutor.com. As explained on Findmy-Tutor.com, there are different kinds of charges, depending on the kind of Tutor Services you order including a one-off fixed fee and/or a per minute fee, which may be subject to a minimum charge covering a minimum period / “block of minutes”. This minimum charge applies even if the full period / block isn’t used. Customers will not be charged if they end a live Tutor Service (i.e., call / broadcast) by using the relevant button on Findmy-Tutor.com within the number of seconds specified. 

Payment by us to Tutors 

12.4 Subject to your compliance with this agreement, we shall use reasonable endeavours to pay into your Tutor account the fee paid by the Customer within a reasonable period after your supply of Tutor Services subject to any deductions mentioned below. Following expiry of the holding period as specified on Find My Limited, any such payment into your Tutor Account may be withdrawn by or paid to you by the means explained on Findmy-Tutor.com. 

12.5 We are entitled to deduct (including any applicable VAT) our fee, which may include a listing fee and commission. We may at any time change the amount of these fees by posting the new rates on Findmy-Tutor.com. Any Tutor Services supplied after that notice will be subject to our new fees. 

12.6 We are entitled in our discretion to refund to the Pupil on your behalf all or part of the Pupil fee if the Pupil cancels the order within any applicable cancellation period (including legal cooling off rights) or otherwise in line with the cancellation policy, which applies at that time and/or to resolve a dispute between a Pupil and Tutor. We are entitled to deduct the amount of such refund from any other fees due to you and you are liable to repay any shortfall if the relevant Customer fees have already been paid to you. 

12.7 We are entitled to deduct from the fees due to you the amount of any chargeback which has arisen or which we consider is likely to occur (irrespective of whether the chargeback relates to the payment currently due). You agree to pay to us immediately on demand the amount of any chargeback relating to a payment which we have transmitted to you. 

12.8 You are responsible for making up any shortfall arising from charges made by your bank. 

12.9 You are responsible for checking that any invoices provided by us are suitable for your purposes and for accounting for VAT or any other applicable tax. We do not offer tax-related advice. 

General 

12.10 If any services are mis-priced, the supplier is not obliged to supply the service at that price unless the service has already begun. If we do notify you, then you can decide if you want to continue with the service at the correct price but. If you do not, we will provide a full refund of any payments already made. 

13. Discount codes 

13.1 We may offer discount codes from time to time. Such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered and are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Unless otherwise stated: codes (1) are only available for future new orders placed online; (2) cannot be used retrospectively; (3) can only be redeemed once per customer; and (4) expire after 12 months. You cannot use more than one discount code per transaction unless we state otherwise; if we do so, the order in which the codes are to be applied is in our sole discretion. 

13.2 We reserve the right to reject any discount code if we consider that it is being used in breach of these terms. Discount codes are subject to any additional specific terms and conditions which are specified at the point of issue. We reserve the right to discontinue or otherwise modify any discount codes at any time without prior notice. 

14. If you upload Content to Findmy-Tutor.com… 

14.1 You are responsible for your Content. 

14.2 You guarantee you have (and will retain) all rights and permissions needed to enable use of your Content as contemplated by Findmy-Tutor.com and these terms and conditions. 

14.3 If you post a review, you guarantee that you have no personal or business relationship with what is being reviewed, that you are not a competitor of that entity, that have not been offered any incentive to write the review and that the review is your independent, honest, genuine opinion.  

14.4 If you use any features on our site which enable you to share your Content with third party sites, we are not responsible for use of your Content on those third-party sites. 

14.5 We reserve the right without notice or refund to reject, suspend, alter, remove or delete Content or to disclose to the police or other relevant authorities or to a complainant any Content or behaviour if it is the subject of complaint or where we have reason to believe that it breaches our terms and conditions, or that such steps are necessary to protect us or others, or that a criminal offence may have been committed, or where required by law or where requested by the police or other appropriate authorities, or if we consider that Content does not meet our quality standards. If so, you must not attempt to re-publish or re-send the relevant Content. 

14.6 It is your responsibility to decide which Content to upload (subject to these terms and conditions). We do not accept responsibility if your Content is misused by others as this is outside our reasonable control. Don’t upload any Content if you are concerned that it may be misused. 

14.7 We may place advertisements near or within your Content. If so, we retain all revenue from such advertisements. 

14.8 It is your responsibility to make your own backup of Content to protect you in case of loss or damage to such material. We are not responsible for such loss or damage. 

14.9 We may irretrievably delete your Content without telling you after this agreement ends. 

14.10 Uninstalling the App may result in deletion of all Content on your device. 

15. If you view or use the Content of other Users (e.g., participating in live events) … 

15.1 You accept that we have no obligation to vet or monitor Users or their Content. While we may make some enquiries, such as asking for professional qualifications of Tutors, we don’t guarantee to do so and, even if we do, we cannot guarantee that such information is or will remain accurate and up to date. We don’t endorse or recommend any Users or their Content. You deal with other Users at your own risk. We accept no legal responsibility for the accuracy of, or otherwise in relation to, any such Content or in connection with any dealings between Users. Where appropriate, it is your responsibility to carry out careful and detailed investigations before dealing with other Users including use of or reliance on their Content. You should not assume that any Content from another User is accurate and be aware that a person may not be who he or she claims to be. 

15.2 You acknowledge that in using Findmy-Tutor.com you may encounter behaviour or Content which you consider inappropriate. If so, please email us to support@findmy-Tutor.com (including if you wish to give us notice of defamatory material). Please also use any available blocking mechanisms, seek relevant external help If appropriate (e.g. from law enforcement authorities) and/or stop using Findmy-therapy.com. 

15.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a good enough internet connection to enable you to satisfactorily provide or participate in live Tutor Services. 

16. Reviews 

16.1 If you are a Tutor, you acknowledge that we permit Users to post public reviews about your Tutor Services. We are not responsible for monitoring or editing reviews. You acknowledge that such reviews may be critical or defamatory of you. 

17. Other peoples’ services / advertising / websites 

17.1 We may display other peoples’ services, advertising and /or links to other websites. We do not recommend or endorse, nor are we legally responsible for, any of these. You use them at your own risk. 

18. Guidance 

18.1 If we ourselves provide any guidance or other general information on Findmy-Tutor.com, we do not guarantee that it is accurate or up to date and we do not accept legal responsibility for it. Before acting on such information, you must make your own appropriate and careful enquiries including as to its accuracy and suitability for your purposes. You rely on such information at your own risk. 

19. Your account 

19.1 Unless otherwise specifically stated on Findmy-Tutor.com, your account is for your personal use only and is non-transferable. You undertake not to allow any other person to use your account. You undertake to take reasonable care to keep your login information confidential and to notify us immediately of any apparent breach of security such as loss, theft, misuse or unauthorised disclosure or use of a password. You are responsible for third parties who use your account or identity (unless and to the extent that we are at fault). 

20. Support 

20.1 We do not supply support except to the extent specifically stated on Findmy-Tutor.com, as may be varied from time to time. You acknowledge that the Store has no obligation to supply any maintenance and support services in relation to any future App. 

21. Compatibility of App 

21.1 The App will be compatible with applicable mobile devices and associated operating systems (OS’s) which have been released as at the date we launched the App (or as at the most recent App update). We do not guarantee that the App is or will be compatible with any other devices or OS’s. We may issue App updates through the Store; if so, you may not be able to use our App properly or at all until you have downloaded the update, which may be subject to the agreement of new terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to frequently monitor for App updates and to install them as soon as they become available. 

22. Functioning of Findmy-Tutor.com 

22.1 We do not guarantee that Findmy-Tutor.com will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are entitled, without notice and without liability (a) to suspend Findmy-Tutor.com for repair, maintenance, improvement or other technical reason and (b) to make changes to Findmy-Tutor.com (including limitations such as usage restrictions) provided these don’t have a seriously negative effect on Findmy-Tutor.com. 

23. Ending or suspending your contract with us 

23.1 You may at any time end this contract by closing your account or otherwise following any applicable instructions on Findmy-Tutor.com and by uninstalling any such App from all of your devices. (This does not entitle you to a refund or return of unused credits held in your FindMy account unless you have Pupil “cooling off” rights, explained above.) 

23.2 We are entitled at any time to end this contract without giving a reason by email notice and/or by SMS and/or in-app message. 

23.3  We are entitled at any time (with or without notice) to end this contract or suspend part or all of Findmy-Tutor.com or impose restrictions on Findmy-Tutor.com if: 

a)  We have reason to believe that you have breached our terms and conditions; 

b)  Any fees due to us are unpaid / unjustifiably charged back; 

c)  We think that it is necessary to protect us or others; or 

d)  We are required to do so by law or appropriate authority. 

23.4 If either of us ends this contract: 

a)  Your right to use Findmy-Tutor.com and all licences are terminated (including to use any telephone number that we may have allocated to you). 

b)  Existing rights and liabilities are unaffected. 

c)  All clauses in this contract which are stated or intended to continue after termination will continue to apply. 

d)  You must not attempt to re-register for or continue to use Findmy-Tutor.com if we have given you notice of termination. 

24. Liability – restrictions on our legal responsibility (IMPORTANT) 

24.1 Nothing in this agreement in any way limits or excludes our liability for negligence causing death or personal injury or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for anything which may not legally be excluded or limited. In this section, any reference to us includes our employees and agents. 

24.2 Very important: If you are a Pupil, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where: 

a)  There is no breach of a legal duty owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents; 

b)  Such loss or damage was not reasonably foreseeable (meaning it was not an obvious consequence of our breach or not contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into this contract); 

c)  Such loss or damage is caused by you, for example by not complying with this agreement; or 

d)  Such loss or damage relates to a business of yours. 

24.3 Very important: If you are a Pupil, you will be liable for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage we suffer arising from your breach of this agreement or misuse of Findmy-Tutor.com (subject of course to our obligation to mitigate any losses). 

24.4 The following clauses apply only if you are not a Pupil: 

a)  If you are or were a Tutor, our total aggregate liability of any kind (including our own negligence) is limited to the total fees paid to you in connection with Findmy-Tutor.com. 

b)  In no event (including our own negligence) will we be liable for any: 

• Economic losses (including, without limit, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); 

• Loss of goodwill or reputation; 

• Special, indirect or consequential losses; or 

• Damage to or loss of data (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses). 

c)  You will indemnify us against all claims and liabilities directly or indirectly related to your use of Findmy-Tutor.com and/or breach of this agreement. 

d)  To the extent allowed by law, you and we exclude all terms, whether imposed by statute or by law or otherwise, that are not expressly stated in this agreement. 

e)  This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us with respect to its subject matter and supersedes any previous communications or agreements between us. We both acknowledge that there have been no misrepresentations and that neither of us has relied on any pre-contractual statements. Liability for misrepresentation (excluding fraudulent misrepresentation) relating to the terms of this agreement is excluded. 

24.5 The following applies where Apple Inc is the Store 

a)  In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our sole responsibility subject to these terms and conditions. 

b)  We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing your claims or the claims of any third party relating to the App or the end-user’s possession and/or use of that App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under Pupil protection or similar legislation. 

25. Intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright) 

25.1 The intellectual property rights in all material used on or in connection with Find My Limitedare owned by us or other Users. For your personal use only, you may view such material on your device. You must not otherwise use such material including copying, publishing, selling or adapting it or taking extracts from it without our specific prior written consent or, if it is Tutor Content, the relevant Tutor. You must not misrepresent the ownership or source of such material, for example by changing or removing any legal notices or author attributions. 

25.2 Just to be clear – you must not collect, scrape, harvest, frame or deep-link to any Content on Findmy-Tutor.com without our specific prior written consent. 

25.3 You must not circumvent or otherwise interfere with any security related features of Findmy-Tutor.com or features that limit or prevent copying of Content or which restrict use of Content. 

25.4 You must not reverse-engineer or decompile any of our software in any way (except to the extent allowed by applicable law). You must not create or use a modified or derivative version of our software or distribute or sublicense our software to third parties. You must take reasonable steps to ensure that our software is not disclosed to any third party. 

25.5  If you upload any Content to Findmy-Tutor.com or provide us with any ideas or suggestions for Findmy-Tutor.com, you allow us at no cost, and forever, to use and adapt all or part of such material including video extracts up to 120 seconds however we wish in any media formats, whether on our own Service or on our other channels including mobile, email communications, social media, PR, competitions and press releases and also on third party media, including for the purpose of redistribution or promotion of Findmy-Tutor.com. You waive your “moral rights” in relation to such Content to the extent legally allowed. You also allow each User to use your Content in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

25.6 In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, we, not the Store, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim. 

26. Privacy 

26.1 You acknowledge and agree that we may process your personal information in accordance with the terms of our privacy and cookies policy [link] which is subject to change from time to time. 

27. Events outside our control 

27.1 We are not liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation under this agreement if the failure or delay is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including third party telecommunication failures. 

28. Legal compliance 

28.1 You promise that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. (This clause is required by Apple, Inc.) 

29. Transfer 

29.1 We may transfer all or part of our rights or duties under this agreement provided we take reasonable steps to ensure that your rights under this agreement are not prejudiced. As this agreement is personal to you, you may not transfer any of your rights or duties under it without our prior written consent. 

30. English law 

30.1 This contract is under English law and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of the United Kingdom. If you are a Pupil, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights as a Pupil to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law. You may be entitled to use an EU online dispute resolution service to assist with any contractual dispute you may have with us. This service can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/Pupils/odr/. 31. General but important stuff 

31.1 We may send all notices under this agreement by email to the most recent email address you have supplied to us (unless otherwise stated above). Headings used in this agreement are for information and not binding. Any failure by either party to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement does not mean this is a “waiver” (i.e. that it cannot be enforced later). If any part of this agreement is ineffective or unenforceable for any reason, the rest of the agreement shall continue to apply. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall have no rights to enforce this agreement except insofar as expressly stated otherwise. The parties are independent contractors and, except as otherwise specifically stated above, nothing in this agreement constitutes any party as agent, employee or representative of the other.

RIGHT TO CANCEL (“COOLING OFF”) 

The following applies if you have the right to cancel this contract (as explained above): 

Right to cancel 

1. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. 

2. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. 

3. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Find My Limited, 2b, Sterling House, London, E17 4EE, email support@findmy-Tutor.com (on behalf of the Tutor where applicable) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model cancellation form below but it is not obligatory. 

4. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.  

Effects of cancellation 

5. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you. 

6. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. 

7. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. 

8. If you requested us to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated to us your cancellation of this contract in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
